My virtual doula service is for the mamas who don’t live within the Riverland, but would still like my support. Or perhaps you already have a fantastic village, but want someone unbiased on speed dial to debrief with after antenatal appointments, or to chat with during those long newborn feeding sessions.
I have created this service to offer connection, education, and to make you feel confident, empowered and nurtured (even if it is from afar). As a mama who lives rural, I know what it is like to navigate a far from perfect maternity system, and I know how it feels to enter motherhood without you village close by.
I am available at any stage of pregnancy, and or postpartum to help you navigate appointments, choices, changes, and those big emotions. I understand how important having continuity in support on this journey is, this is why I believe woman no matter where they live deserves a doula.

These are sessions are perfect for a mama looking for guidance, options, more information during pregnancy. We can discuss labour coping techniques, create a birth plan or you can bounce options off me after an appointment, chat about postpartum planning or debriefing your birth.
I will follow your lead on what you want discuss, allowing you to walk away feeling powerful, informed & heard. I support physiological birth and speak from a place of evidence based information, and the belief that all women have the innate ability to birth their babies.
In a postpartum session we will discuss practical, gentle ways for you and your baby to find your groove that fit YOUR beliefs & needs, be that feeding to sleep, bottle feeding, breastfeeding or co-sleeping.
